is a wholly black owned law firm which is a predominantly commercial legal practice based in Wierdapark, Centurion, Gauteng Province. It was founded by Mr Matome Joseph Montsho and is managed by a competent and committed management and professional team. We are cognizant of the fact that South Africa comprises of diverse cultural, religious, racial, ethnic and linguistic groups.

It is our viewpoint that the country`s diversity is not reflected in various legal practices and more so in leadership and management positions. We believe that diversity and inclusion should be implemented in law firms with a view of redressing historical inequality. Law firms should embrace diversity and inclusion and they should be places or environments where employees are accorded freedom to be their authentic selves and are treated fairly, partially and without any pre-conceived and biased misconceptions.

Employees should feel free to approach management about any challenges they encounter in their workplace. We are further cognizant of the fact that individuals might have come across some form of bias, discrimination, impartiality or exclusion at their places of employment due to reasons of racism, ethnicity, sexism, tribalism and any other form of discrimination as a result of some discriminatory laws and institutions. It is our viewpoint that law firms should therefore ensure that discriminatory stereotypes are strongly discouraged and they should never be allowed to germinate.

Law firms should be a microcosm of the country `s demographics and embrace different progressive ideas, viewpoints and perceptions. Creativity, innovation and self-esteem should be encouraged and embraced. Employees and management should feel aligned to the law firm`s aims and objectives order in order to ensure that talent is mentored and retained where appropriate.
